Problem

The original Shenaniganz website lacked clarity and structure, which made it hard for visitors to find what they needed. Key actions, like booking an event or learning about activities, were buried under a confusing layout.

Outdated visuals and plain messaging left the site feeling dull, failing to capture the energy of Shenaniganz’s fun experience. The homepage also missed a strong introduction to the brand’s offerings, losing the chance to pull users in from the start.

Overall, the site needed a vibrant, user-friendly redesign to guide visitors, keep them engaged, and encourage them to book or visit in person.

We wanted to tailor the new site toward user engagement and getting them to click around and interact, mostly with the attraction pages, but overall trying to direct users around the site and ultimately lead them to the booking a party pages.

For the Shenaniganz redesign, we created a vibrant, user-focused site that mirrors the in-store experience and makes it easy for guests to explore activities, book events, and plan visits.

A new, streamlined layout puts key actions like booking a party and viewing activities front and center, allowing users to quickly find what they need.

Bright colors, engaging photos, and playful language bring the fun of Shenaniganz to life online, drawing users into the experience from the moment they land on the site.

Mobile traffic was high on this site already so we wanted to focus on the mobile-friendly design and interactive menu pages to make it super easy to use on the go. We wanted to make it easy for guests to check food options or browse activities before they arrive.

By prioritizing clarity, engagement, and accessibility, the redesigned Shenaniganz site now serves as an exciting way for old and new fans alike to discover Shenaniganz.

Result

The redesigned Shenaniganz website boosted overall engagement and conversions. Users now navigate with ease and we've noticed reduced bounce rates and increased time on site. Mobile-friendly features have improved on the go planning, with responsive menu pages and quick booking options makes those interactions a breeze.

Just a few a weeks after launch, we noticed the search position moved up on google, the average click-through-rate improved and the total clicks had also improved.
