Fantasy Sports App Design

When we first looked at the Knockout Fantasy Sports app, it was clear that users were struggling. The interface was confusing, making it hard for people to understand how to play or even use the app. The sign-up process was really clunky and a lot of people would start signing up but never actually finish and drop off, most likely due to a confusing setup process. On top of that, the app just didn’t look appealing.

The app was due for a complete makeover. We started with a modern new look to make it more engaging. We completely rethought the user flows to make everything more intuitive. We used tooltips and instructions to accomplish the more intriciate areas of confusion. We also revamped the sign up flow to prevent drop offs on signup.
